St. Jude Farm is a producer of high quality mangos grown in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Locally owned and operated by BLIX S.A. we exclusively export our mangos, controlling all aspects of growing, packaging and shipping. Our philosophy of producing mangos of "quality over quantity" guarantees a consistently great product that we are proud to offer. Our varieties of Mangos include: Tommy Atkins 84 has, Kent 42 has and Ataulfo 14 has. The farms current capacity allows us to export approximately 400,000 boxes per year.

St. Jude Farm is a socially conscious company that conducts business with personal and professional integrity. We pride ourselves on preserving nature and being an ecologically friendly business. Our farm contains an 100 acre lake and nature preserve, home to native plants and wildlife including more than 50,000 ducks.

"Slice & Scoop" Mango Cutting Method
Stand the mango on your cutting board stem end down and hold. Place your knife about 1/4" from the widest center line and cut down through the mango.
